When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post with tracking. Flat Rate typically takes 1-5 business days for orders shipping to destinations in Eastern Canada, and 3-9 business days for the rest of Canada.
Choose Canada Post Xpresspost at checkout, which offers a guaranteed 3 business day tracked delivery to anywhere in Canada, should you wish to receive your order sooner.

Can I pickup my order at the boutique?
Yes, and it's free! Choose local pickup during checkout and get your order the same day. Please wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for pickup before coming down to the boutique.
When will my order be shipped?
We process all orders within 24-hours. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you don't receive this email within a couple days of ordering, please contact us.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday.
