Position: Full-Time Key Holder
Location: Bloom & Wander - Bedford Store

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a dynamic retail environment? Bloom & Wander is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Key Holder at our Bedford store location.

As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service, maintaining a visually appealing sales floor, and contributing to sales targets.

Essential Functions:

  • Support opening and closing duties, ensuring the store is ready for customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and inquiries, providing solutions with urgency
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by styling and selling products to customers
  • Package, label, and ship phone orders promptly and accurately
  • Act as backup to management as needed, demonstrating leadership skills
  • Maintaining accurate inventory counts

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, work environment
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong customer service orientation with a gentle approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac, and Google applications
  • Experience with Shopify is an asset but not necessary
    Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of retail experience
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Expected Hours of Work:

  • Full-time, including evenings and weekends
  • 40 hours per week, covering morning and afternoon shifts
  • Salary/wage to be determined after the interview and 3-month probation period.
