How much does shipping cost?
Bloom & Wander is proud to announce we now offer a Flat Rate shipping charge of $15 on orders anywhere in Canada!
Spend over $150 and we'll ship your order free! Free shipping is via standard Canada Post with tracking.
We also recognize you may want your order faster than standard mail so we've put together some amazing flat rates for Xpresspost!

When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Flat Rate and Free Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for orders shipping to destinations in Eastern Canada, and 3-9 business days for the rest of Canada.
Choose Canada Post Xpresspost at checkout, which offers a guaranteed 3 business day tracked delivery to anywhere in Canada, should you wish to receive your order sooner.

NEW! Can I get my order delivered locally?
Yes! Bloom & Wander is proud to offer FREE same-day local delivery to HRM residents with no minimum spend required. The cut-off time for same-day deliveries is 12pm (noon) local time, Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day.
We guarantee same-day deliveries to be dropped at your address by 6pm everyday. Usually this is earlier between 2-4pm, however, 6pm is the latest.
Local deliveries require a direct hand off. We cannot leave purchases on front steps without prior identification of a safe drop place. Our delivery team will first ring your doorbell. If no one answers, we will then call the phone number attached to your customer account.
Missed local deliveries will be held at our store location and will be available for pickup the next day. If a delivery is missed on a Saturday, your purchase will be available for pickup in store the following Tuesday.
Orders that are abandoned and not picked up within 30 days will be cancelled and refunded. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Can I pickup my order at the boutique?
Yes, and it's free! Choose local pickup during checkout and get your order the same day. Please wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for pickup before coming down to the boutique.
When will my order be shipped?
We process all orders within 24-hours. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you don't receive this email within a couple days of ordering, please contact us.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 24-hours so please ensure you reach out to us right away for assistance. Please have your order number handy.
Bloom & Wander is not responsible for return shipping charges if your order has shipped out prior to being notified about any changes.
Can I get my order shipped to the US?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We're working hard to make this happen so please check back often!

7-Day Full Refund
We welcome you to return your new, unworn items with tags attached within 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. This includes sale items. All items marked as clearance (40% off or more) are final sale.
30-Day Exchange or Credit
Any items returned after 7 days will qualify for an exchange or in-store credit only. This includes sale items. All items marked as clearance (40% off or more) are final sale.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items include items that have been marked down as clearance, and/or have been marked down by 40% or more, and/or are in the clearance collection. Some categories are final sale regardless of price, such as handbags, intimates, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, bodysuits, personal care and homeware goods (such as beauty and body products, candles, etc.), swimwear, and all accessories including mittens, scarves, belts and slippers.
Online Returns & Exchanges
For online returns or exchanges, all enquiries MUST be initiated within 7 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can bring your item into the store with the original receipt or contact us here. If your online return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without making an enquiry within the first 7 days will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to love it as much as we do!
Some Items are Non-Returnable
At this time, certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as:

- All handbags
- All hats

- All bodysuits
- All personal care goods (such as beauty and body products)

Is your hat fitting too big? This is your solution!
Hat Filler is an adhesive foam cushion that sticks to the inside of hats for a better and smaller fit, from sizes 1-2.5cm.
